Over three months, we work closely and intentionally, with an emphasis on:

    • Ayurvedic nutrition

6-month online program

Slower, deeper and seasonally aligned

True healing takes time. Knowing that change for you is difficult and you need to go slowly, we gently develop awareness, and build habits gradually and sustainably.

This program is ideal if:

  • You’re unclear of foods or habits affecting your digestion

  • You have a busy schedule or higher/other priorities

  • You’re open to explore the root causes of imbalance

  • You’re ready to move through seasonal and life changes with support

 

Here, the focus is less on intensity and more on integration. We make small, meaningful adjustments that compound over time, supporting long-term change.

What’s included:

As included in the 3-month program PLUS:

  • Assessment of the doshas and sub-doshas affected

  • x6 monthly online meetings, total 8+ hours connected

  • Seasonal transition guidance


One-off consult

 

An introduction for new clients or a refresher for former clients

This one-off option is perfect for:

  • New clients who want quick insights to action and manage changes by themselves

  • Former clients who have completed the 3- or 6-month program but have questions, need guidance or want one-off support

 

This session includes:

  • For new clients: a comprehensive Ayurvedic assessment + call with recommendations

  • For former clients: one call with written recommendations + follow-up check-ins

Welcome to Happy Guts Purna!

Purna Ayurveda, in collaboration with Happy Guts by Tash Whalley, runs online programs to help clients lead a life with happy guts and conscious well-being.

When Sofia and Tash met in 2023, they found out they had two passions in common: Ayurveda & living a healthy lifestyle through healthy, yummy food, good habits and awareness. Becoming friends and then collaborating was an easy step forward, leading to the birth of the Happy Guts Purna program.

With an increasing need to focus on preventative health, many of us are seeking to gain more knowledge and take more responsibility for our own health. As we transition through life and its many stages and phases, we notice our bodies changing, as well as its needs.
